The group will informally discuss the book from 6 to 6:45 p.m. and then network over light refreshments.
In "The Power of Habit," Duhigg, a Pulitzer Prize-winning business reporter, explores scientific discoveries that explain why habits exist and how they can be changed. Distilling vast amounts of information, Duhigg takes the reader into the boardrooms of Procter & Gamble to the sidelines of the NFL to the front lines of the civil rights movement.
Library staff members will lead the discussion. Prior reading of the books is not necessary to attend the discussion.
