Chef Paula Nusslein will offer "Grill, Broil & Smoke," focusing on indoor summer cooking, on Tuesday, April 29, at 9:30 a.m. at the Darien Community Association, 274 Middlesex Road.
Nusslein will share the science behind grilling, and teach students how to grill and smoke food indoors using a broiler, grill pan and a stove-top smoker. Demonstrations will cover how to grill perfect moist chicken, smoke portobello mushroom burgers and more.
